Secure Shipping: We prioritize the security of your parcels and maintain high standards for quality.

Order Fulfilment: We make every effort to fulfil and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please note that the maximum handling time before dispatch may be up to 7 working days.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil orders for international delivery at this time.

Postal Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, TJ Technologies is not liable for any postal delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as industrial strikes.

Transport Damage: In the rare event of transport damage or part loss please refer to our returns policy here for more information.

Late Arrival: We cannot offer refunds or discounts for items that arrive later than expected as this is courier permitted and out of our hands.

Collection Option: For customers in the Leicestershire area, we offer a convenient collection option for whole PC systems. Simply leave a message at checkout with your contact information, and we will arrange a collection time for your new PC when it is ready.

Once date of delivery has been confirmed, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking reference. If you will be unavailable for the specified delivery date/time, please contact either TJ Technologies or APC to review / revise the delivery date or time.

All deliveries must be signed for by an adult (18+). Due to the risk of theft, all orders cannot be left in a safe space and require someone present at the property. For failed deliveries, the courier will hold the parcel for up to a week. A delivery attempt may be rescheduled on the couriers website, this can either be done by the customer or TJTechnologies. Should the order fail to be delivered continuously, the order will be returned to TJ Technologies. We reserve the right to not give refunds due to multiple failed delivery attempts. If the order requires sending out via APC once more, there may be an additional charge for redelivery.
